Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all change-of-mind returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Or if you received the wrong item

To report an issue, please email EMAIL with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received (if applicable)

Once we review your case, we will determine the best possible solution. We will first send a replacement free of charge before accepting a return or issuing a refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g. personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept direct exchanges. However, you may return your items at any time within 30 days and place a new order.

 

Refused Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or not collected from the post office or pickup point within the carrier’s holding period, it may be returned to us automatically.

In such cases, the customer will have two options:

  1. Reshipment: We can resend the order. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
  2. Refund: We can process a refund; however, we reserve the right to deduct 50% of the order value to cover return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
